Downtown Orlando "SoDo"

SoDo for "south of downtown Orlando" will be under development probably later this year, which is a take off of SoHo in New York. A $100 billion 20 acre project slated to go beyond the borders of downtown Orlando to the area of Grant and Crystal Lake street just south of downtown. The project will incorporate 300 condomiimums and more than 300,000 square feet of retail space, plus restuarants and office space.
