Existing Home Sales in Remain High

While the average median price of existing homes sold in Central Florida dipped slightly from November to December, it was still 35 percent higher than a year earlier, with Seminole posting a median price of $291,334. Seminole County existing-home sales through the Orlando Regional Realtor Association rose nearly 17 percent in December compared with the same month a year earlier, from 531 to 621.
