Winter Park Carlisle Project

The Carlisle Project approved 3 years ago has yet to receive final approval from the City of Winter Park to move forward. City of Winter Park has received negative feedback from residents on curtailing growth this past year. The project will include condos, restaurants, post office, retail and underground parking garage. It will be located the few blocks of the present post office on corner of Morse and New York, diagonally across from the Douglas Grande Condos.
