Lake Lilly Project in Maitland

Lake Lilly Park, downtown Maitlands main focal point, covers 9 acres will be re-developed by the end of the year. This project is called the Village at Lake Lilly will boast a comfortable and relaxing design. This area is on the corner of Lake Avenue and 17-92 and will offer condos starting in $400's, aparments rent starting at $1200/mo., 40,000 sq. ft. of retails space, shops restaurants, and 2 parking garages. This developer has donated land and money for construction of Maitland Historical Museum. This project will be the second phase of the 200 acre Maitland downtown redevelopment project which will stem from both sides of 17-92 up to Mailtand Blvd. overpass.
