Condo Hotel are operate like a hotel where the owner can rent out their unit to vacationers on a short term basis while not in use. There are usually amenities, guest check in and other services associated with a hotel. Occupancy fluctuates like hotel occupancy, and cannot be marketed as a business investment. Some may restrictions how often the owner can utilize the property.
