Plaza Collina Residents are Concerned

Plaza Collina a mega-shopping complex, 142 acre project, located along State Road 50 along Orange county line is developing design ideas. The tenants of the this mega-complex has not been formally announced, but a super Walmart maybe a shopping outlet that has residents concerned. Bella Collina a luxury community surrounding Lake Apopka, and other communities were told this mega-complex would medium to high end retail, instead of discount shopping such as Walmart. Other residents are concerned with the amount of surrounding traffic this shopping area would create.
