Robust Orlando Million Dollar Homes Sales

According to a local real estate brokerage specializing in upscale properties indicate sales of Million Dollar homes in Seminole and Orange county decreased from average sales price in 2006 of $1.76 million to $1.68 million. This is a sign the luxury market is largely unaffected by rest of Orlando real estate market which has had sluggish sales in 2007.
