Luxury Auctions International's marketing team now has a 350-acre parcel near Walt Disney World added to its list of offerings for a March 15 real estate auction at the Wyndham Orlando Resort on International Drive.
Dudley Brown, president of Luxury Auctions International LLC said the large track of undeveloped land so close to Disney is spurring interest from potential bidders as far away as Iceland.The seller is a Miami investor who has an "undisclosed minimum," per acre figure in mind, which means that bidders can offer any price but if it does not fetch what the seller would like to get then the sale would not be consummated.
The parcel is on the west side of Disney and south of the Orange County National Golf Center, between the Western Beltway State Road 429 and Avalon Road, or State Road 545.
