  • Inventory of Homes: 24,960
  • New Listings: 4,099
  • New Contracts: 1908
  • Under Contract: 3,256
  • Back on Market: 594
  • Expired Listings: 1,683
  • Withdrawn Listings: 1,578
  • Sales Closed: 1,335
  • Average Days on Market: 113
