Many international buyers buy second homes in Orlando due to ease of staying under 90 days at a time. Now more countries are being added to the list. It is perfect time to invest in US properties and Central Florida with prices low and selection plenty.
Citizens of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and South Korea will soon be able to visit the United States for 90 days without a visitor visa, under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), with the other 27 countries that exist under the VWP. Other countries maybe added in the future which include, Bulgaria, Greece, Malta, Poland, and Romania.
