Orlando Condo Market Rebounding Slower

Everyone knows pricing are going up, but the condo market is increasing but not a same rates as single family homes.  I think a part of that is most condos are sold to cash buyers, because lenders are still unwilling to finance condos.  Once lenders go back offering financing to condos and condo associations apply to become FHA approved communities, I suspect prices will take off as it opens up the buyer market quite a bit.  But for now, condo still remain a good choice for specific type of buyer that wants to hold on to it for a while.
