Orlando Home Owners Real Estate Fears

A recent survey of 1,000 home owners in Orlando and other parts of Florida revealed fears of the housing bubble bursting resulting in depreciation was low on the list.
  • 58% are optimistic prices will continue to increase in their community this year
  • 47% sited their biggest fear was a hurricane hitting
  • 16% the pricing bubble
  • 13% fear rising mortgage interest ratest
  • 5% fear of falling home prices
  • 42% say now is a good time to buy a home while the other 42% indicated it was a bad time
  • 1% feared being a victim of real estate fraud
