The art and sports complex would only cover a part of down town Orlando new vision. The city is hoping it is a catalyst for more changes to the area and a team of urban planners have been hired to make recommendations. Some of these are creating pedestrian-friendly corridors with a mix of housing, retail, restaurants, stores, and offices.
