Metropolitan Condos on Lake Eola

Condo owners at Metorpolitan at Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, which was converted from a hotel are complaining they bought their property with several ongoing problems. As a result a lawsuit is as condo association seeks to have the developer repair items from everything from the roof to the heating and cooling systems. It is estimated these would include costs from $1.4 million to $3.3 million to correct deficiences.
