Metropolitan Condos on Lake Eola

Condo owners at Metorpolitan at Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, which was converted from a hotel are complaining they bought their property with several ongoing problems. As a result the condo association filed a lawsuit and seeks to have the developer repair items from everything from the roof to the heating and cooling systems. It is estimated these would include costs from $1.4 million to $3.3 million to correct deficiences.
