Randal Park opening up in the Lake Nona area in June, is starting to release prices. Even though there are 32 lots available initially, they have over 250 interested parties. The pricing will be from the $230s to mid $300s, and
we’ll have 50 and 60 foot wide home sites by 120 feet deep. The 60 foot wide
home sites back up to conservation too! Homes will be Craftsman style, with
front-loaded garages 1900-3300 square feet, 1 and 2 story homes with most of
our 1 story homes having a bonus room option. This community will not be gated,
but will have walking and bike trails, a community pool, and about 750 homes
when it’s all completed. Do not buy new construction without your exclusive buyers agent, you will be sorry you did!
I still love to hang out in simple parks with my friends, to take some pictures and to eat some stuff. Parks are all around in our country, and it is one if the simple place we can visit.
